Pigs!

We are stepping it up a bit this week and beginning to compare different versions of the same story.  I will begin this discussion with a classic retellling of the Three Little Pigs, then will read The Three Little Wolves and the Big Bad Pig to your children.

You should all be receiving a weekly notice from me regarding the books your child has out of the library. Since the kindergarteners do not all see me weekly, my wish is that you keep track of books at home and get them back when you can. My first question to children is "Do you know where your books are?" Finding a special spot (preferably a backpack) is a useful habit to develop early!
