First Visit

The kindergartners will have their special (art, music, PE, Library) at the end of their school day. They will be very tired! Our first visit together will include a wonderful story by Mo Willems that many many know, but which I read particularly well :)

It will help them get to know me and will jazz them for their first browsing session of the year. My goal for the day: each child will listen to the story, then: find a book, check it out, and pack their backpack. This routine is fundamental and usually takes several weeks to master.
